Deaf Inclusion Manager – Full Time
Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Deaf Inclusion, Training, and Employment Support Teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client touchpoints. This role involves coordinating with ClickBSL, Interpreting, and Translation teams for seamless support, managing onboarding, audits, and client satisfaction, while leading team performance and wellbeing. The successful candidate will also drive sales and growth by promoting Deaf Aware Membership, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and representing Positive Signs at key events to expand our partnerships. Additionally, they will spearhead the development and growth of DeafWORK, the UK’s leading Deaf-inclusive job platform—building relationships with inclusive employers and Deaf-led organisations, maintaining high accessibility standards with BSL-translated content, and tracking engagement and impact to ensure meaningful outcomes for the Deaf community.
Hours of Work
Full time – Monday to Friday – 35 hours a week (or equivalent).
