What We Do
- Dedicated Resources: A Director acts as Gender Equality Lead. HR ensures delivery and reporting. Managers embed equality into daily practice.
- Data & Monitoring: Annual reporting on gender balance in staff, recruitment, and progression. Use of indicators to track progress.
- Training & Awareness: Regular training for staff and managers. Focus on unconscious bias and fair decision-making. Awareness campaigns across the organisation.
