Support Team

I’m a Support Team member at Positive Signs, and I joined here 1st November 2021 to help support the admin team.

I previously worked for an institute for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom installers, and before that I was a payroll clerk in London.

What I like best about Positive Signs is that everyone is very passionate about what they do and achieve, and the team seem like a very friendly group of people to work with. The fact I have family members that are deaf too really helps me to understand the cause, and believe in the company.

I am passionate about helping people, being compassionate and equality for everyone. I feel Positive Signs is the ideal place to act on these passions, and I look forward to helping as many people as possible.

My qualifications are mainly accountancy based, level 1 AAT, Payroll (both manual & computerised) & I have also completed a mental health awareness course.

At the moment I have no knowledge of BSL, however, I am looking forward to starting the level 1 course soon and am excited about the challenge of learning BSL.
